Orders & Shopping

How do I place an order?
Simply browse our collections, select your size and add items to your cart. Proceed to checkout and follow the prompts to complete your purchase securely.

Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?
We process orders quickly, so please contact us at sterlinggalore@outlook.com as soon as possible if you need to make changes. We cannot guarantee changes once an order has been dispatched.

Do you restock sold-out items?
We carry limited quantities of many styles. Sign up to our newsletter to be notified of restocks and new arrivals.

Sizing

How do I find my size?
Please refer to our Size Guide which follows Indian and Pakistani sizing conventions in inches. If you are unsure, we recommend sizing up or contacting us for advice.

Do your sizes run true to Indian sizing?
Yes, our clothing follows standard Indian sizing where the size number (e.g. 38, 40) refers to the bust measurement in inches.

Shipping & Delivery

Where do you deliver?
We currently deliver World-wide.

How long will my order take to arrive?
Orders are processed within 2–3 business days. Standard delivery takes 5–8 business days and express delivery takes 2–3 business days after dispatch within Australia. International Delivery depends on the courier connectivity in your area consider about 10 days for standard delivery.

Will I receive tracking information?
Yes, you will receive a tracking number via email once your order has been dispatched.

Returns & Exchanges

Can I return or exchange an item?
All Sales are Final and we do-not offer any Returns or Exchanges (exclusions apply) Please see our Returns & Exchanges page for full details.

Are sale items returnable?
No, sale items and jewellery are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.

Products

Is your jewellery real gold or silver?
Our jewellery is imitation/fashion jewellery inspired by traditional South Asian designs. It is not made from real gold or silver.

How should I care for my ethnic wear?
We recommend dry cleaning or gentle hand washing for most ethnic garments. Always check the care label on your specific item.
