Processing Time
All orders are processed within 2–3 business days of payment confirmation. During peak periods such as festive seasons, processing may take slightly longer. You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been dispatched.
Delivery Timeframes
- Standard Shipping (Australia-wide): 5–8 business days
- Express Shipping (Australia-wide): 2–3 business days

- Express Shipping: Calculated at checkout
- Free Standard Shipping on orders over a qualifying amount of $150 (excluding Sale Items)
Order Tracking
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email so you can follow your parcel's journey.
Important Notes
- Sterling Galore is not responsible for delays caused by the carrier or customs.
- Please ensure your delivery address is correct at checkout. We are unable to redirect parcels once dispatched.
- A 360' Parcel opening video is required for any damage claims.
